Program Highlight: At-Home Workout Program

In an effort to bring more clarity to the things I’m selling on my website, I’m going to start highlighting them one at a time to give you a more in-depth look at what I offer and who the programs are best fit for! First, I’m going to be talking about my best-selling program: the 30 Minute At-Home Workout Program.


What It Is
This program is 6-weeks-worth of workouts that you can accomplish in the comfort of your own home with 4 workouts every single week. No single workout is repeated throughout the program, which means you get 24 unique workouts when you purchase it. They are designed to target two muscle groups per day, which means you can be sure to isolate and stimulate each muscle group by the end of the week for maximal strength and aesthetic benefits. The workouts are performed in a circuit style, meaning you complete one set of each exercise, then repeat them all over again for the designated number of rounds (typically 5). Before and after each circuit, you will also have a “warm up” and “cool down” exercise designed to prime your muscles for the workout or help you recover and stretch. Each exercise is performed either with your own bodyweight, a resistance band, or a chair – so you don’t need any dumbbells or other gym equipment! The workouts increase in intensity over the course of the six weeks, which means you’ll be able to notice your strength and endurance increase, and you won’t stall out or adapt to it before the 6 weeks ends! Each workout can be accomplished in around 30-minutes depending on your ability to minimize your rest times – but you must be conscious of keeping a rapid pace. Not only will the rapid pace ensure that you get it done in 30 minutes, but it will also ensure that you keep your heart rate up so you can get a substantial calorie burn out of your workout! Perhaps my favorite thing about this program is that it comes with video demonstrations of every single exercise performed by me via my private Instagram. Once you purchase the program, you gain access to my private Instagram that will show you exactly how to set up your bands and perform the exercises... there is no guesswork!


What You'll Need
Once you purchase the program, you’re going to need just a few things to get the most out of the program. This program requires that you have a set of resistance tube bands AND a set of resistance loop bands. I recommend these tube bands and these loop bands. You can get these online or at your local sporting goods store – typically for under $30! Though the resistance bands are an investment, they are something you can use over and over again throughout your fitness journey no matter how “advanced” you become. I still use mine for warm ups, drop sets, stretching, and more! You will also need a bench, ottoman, or chair that you can use for your at-home workouts for exercises like dips and split squats.


Who It’s For
This program is one that I consider to be my most versatile – because it doesn’t require a certain level of experience or a certain age range. I have friends who have purchased this that have never worked out in their life, and friends who are perfectly comfortable with lifting weights in the gym but don’t have the time to get there every day! I have friends in their 20's and family members above the age of 60 that are finding it to be equally challenging and beneficial! Guess what – I even have male friends and family that are getting results out of this program too! This program is GREAT for a beginner, but it is not ONLY for beginners. You set the tone for your own workout by choosing your own level of resistance and going at your own pace – so you’re in charge of making sure that it matches your experience level. This program may be a great fit for you if:

  • You’re a beginner who wants to start gaining strength, losing weight, and learning proper form before they step into the gym
  • You can’t afford an expensive gym membership with childcare and want to make a one-time investment that is long-lasting and will not require any additional purchases
  • You’re busy and don’t have time to spend an hour getting the gym, working out, and driving home
  • You want a way to workout whenever you travel
  • You go to the gym a few days a week, but want something for the days when you need to stay home
  • You go to the gym, but have no idea what exercises to do – just about every gym has resistance bands that you can use, so you don’t HAVE to do these workouts from home!

Example Workout:
Warm Up

  • Jumping Lunges: 50 reps (25 each leg)

Workout: 5 Rounds of the following with 90 second rest between each round

  • Split Squat to Curl with Bands: 24 reps (12 each leg)
  • Travelling Squat Leaps: 20 reps
  • Hammer Curl with Bands: 15 reps
  • Stiff Leg Deadlift with Bands: 15 reps
  • Front Squats with Bands: 20 reps

Cool Down

  • Wall Sit with Band Curl: 60 seconds, 2 rounds
